Resident Manager Pty Ltd has been created for the sole purpose of renting an apartment in large Strata Schemes and
Community Schemes and matching the Scheme or Association with a professionally trained resident manager who — if your
Owners Corporation desires — will live on-site and provide all the day to day care and maintenance of Common Property.
Resident Manager Pty Ltd provides daily supervision of the performance of the resident manager and will provide a replacement
should one be necessary. Resident Manager Pty Ltd and the resident manager are directly responsible and answerable to the Executive
Committees and attend each Executive Committee Meeting to report and to receive directions.
In the case where the Strata Scheme or Community Scheme are too large for one couple to provide all the caretaking, cleaning,
gardening and pool maintenance, the resident manager will employ staff to assist them. The cost of any additional staff and their
supervision will be included in the agreement between the respective Owners Corporation or Community Association and Resident Manager Pty Ltd.
