Resident Manager Pty Ltd provides an exceptional solution to your Strata complex's short and long-term
maintenance requirements. Depending upon the individual requirements of the Strata Committee, Resident Manager Pty Ltd
provides the most comprehensive array of gardening, maintenance and repair options available. General maintenance is
taken care of by the individual members of the Resident Manager Team who reside within the complex. Specific trade regulated
tasks including, plumbing, electrical, security and communications are contracted by your Resident Manager representative and
attended to by licensed, reputable and proven contractors.
Please remember, all non-urgent requests must be directed through your Strata Committee and/or managing agent.
If your property is rented such requests need to be directed to your landlord or the agent acting on their behalf.
You may also direct non-urgent requests to Resident Manager Pty Ltd in writing by accessing the attached Maintenance Request Form.
All urgent requests should be made by phone by calling your resident manager.
Finally, while your resident manager will endeavour to attend to all requests for assistance as a matter of priority, it must be
understood that urgency and responses will be determined on a case by case basis.
